Dynamic Contraction Technique™ pelvic pain course for Female Pelvic Pain.

lfor p We originally designed and marketed the Dynamic Contraction Technique™ course for pelvic pain for men. The interviews and lectures in the course discuss male pelvic pain and muscle tension. However over the last year we have had an increasing amount of women following the course with great results. If muscle tension is a component or the cause of your pelvic pain the DCT course can help you. In terms of treating muscle tension women and men respond the same to DCT

DCT is a radical departure from pelvic floor physical therapy. Pelvic floor physical therapy was a completely ineffective treatment for me. I went to see physical therapists in Edinburgh, Yorkshire and Chicago for protracted periods with no sustained change in pain or symptoms. If pelvic floor physical therapy has been an ineffective treatment for you you should not assume that your pelvic muscles cannot be rehabilitated.

If you decide to start the DCT for pelvic pain course you will be added to the DCT for Pelvic Pain facebook group. You can ask questions here and be fully supported as you practise DCT.

One of the DCT success stories for female pelvic pain has been Jane Hutchison. She speaks about her recovery with DCT in the first interview to your right. You can also view further videos created by Jane.  If you have questions about the course please contact me at david@freedomfrompelvicpain.com.
